  • how do your tours work

We partner with many local tour companies, experiences, eateries, and makers in town who provide Asheville Day Trips with mini versions of their tours or experiences. We then create a bundle of those mini tours for you and throw in a local, knowledgeable tour guide to take you all around town. All of our tours will include at least 3 of the following: outdoor adventure, nature infusion, downtown Asheville, shopping, arts, music, culinary delights, wellness. Your guide will stay with you throughout the entire tour.


  • someone in our party can’t make it at the last minute, can we get a refund?

No. Our tour space is very limited, and space is in high demand. Since our tours rely on the number of guests we take, we can't give refunds to guests within 48 hours of the tour. This helps us honor our agreements with our tour, experience, and restaurant partners. BUT, we will do our best to get that person rescheduled or the tour transferred to a different guest!


  • I want to book a tour, but your website says it is not available

In order to give us time to plan and confirm tours with our local partners, we set our website to automatically close the “option to book” 24 hours before the start of the tour. Sometimes it is possible for us to squeeze people on, so don’t hesitate to call us and talk to a human! Or text us!
